At this point, startups like us often advertise that there’s fresh fruit, free coffee and a foosball table, and that you’re allowed to be on first-name terms with the boss – unfortunately, this is usually combined with a lousy salary and unpaid overtime.
That’s not the case here. We pay well and try to avoid overtime, which is naturally paid. But of course there’s coffee, fruit sometimes, and more often cake, and everyone is on first-name terms anyway.
